Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DesiCV, operated by DesiCV LLC. By submitting a request, you agree to them.

What the service is

DesiCV reformats, restructures and translates your existing CV into the format and terminology expected in your chosen destination market. We make no guarantee of any employment outcome, including interviews, offers, or jobs. We help your CV be read correctly; the rest depends on you and the employer.

Payment and refunds

• Pricing is a one-time fee per conversion, based on your country of residence. We email a secure Stripe payment link after reviewing your request; nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription or recurring charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. DesiCV does not store or handle your card details. By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms.
• Every conversion includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are considered at our discretion within 48 hours of delivery. Where a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Card network processing fees (typically 1.4–3%) are non-refundable as they are charged by Stripe on transaction.

Your content

• You own your CV and the information in it. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver your conversion.
• You must not use the service to fabricate, falsify or misrepresent credentials, qualifications or experience. We reformat what is true; we do not invent.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content you don’t have the right to share.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
